"THE BUZZARDS ROOST" sits on the highest ground in North Key Largo.The seminole Indians called this area "Wachula" which translates as "Buzzards Roost", or the place a buzzard would sit to watch for food!

We only serve fresh fish, never frozen.Our fish is purchased locally, every day!
